At AIELA, each piece is crafted and inspected with care to ensure the highest quality.
Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and delivered.
All sales are considered final.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in cases where an item is defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

You must contact us at aielathelabel@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as socks and undergarments are non-exchangeable.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us at aielathelabel@gmail.com within 48 working hours of delivery.
We’ll gladly replace the item for you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds.
